I’m a Senior trainee MBCP psychotherapist, working towards accreditation with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I hold a Full Professional Training of Post Graduate Diploma in Mindfulness Based Core Process Psychotherapy. I have been offering lower-cost psychotherapy in private practice in Oxford since 2023. My fee is now £50 per 60 minute session.

I generally work In- Person. In some circumstances I offer Telephone or Online sessions.
